As a native Texan, Kevin Whitlow, has lived and worked in the Central Texas area his whole life. He has served the public for the past 16 years as a paramedic and worked for Austin/Travis County EMS since 1998 which has allowed him to gain great knowledge of all locations in the city and county as well. He has been trusted and proven with countless interactions of people in times of need. His dedication and personal sacrifice to the well-being of the public describes his character.
